Context
We were initially asked to support the change management for a strategic digital project within the Luminus B2B business unit. As we stepped into the mission, it became clear there was a bigger opportunity: not just to deliver change for one project, but to help establish the foundations for a broader culture of change and growth.
Our Approach
We expanded the scope from project execution to enabling transformation at scale. This included:
- Training the leadership team in leading change as a core competence
- Establishing a change sponsor and change agent network
- Structuring stakeholder consultation to better align business requirements and decisions
- Simplifying and structuring strategic communication across programs
- Coaching individual leaders to increase clarity, ownership, and confidence
- Delivering standard change assets including communication and training plans
Results
- A clear change governance and leadership framework in place in less than 6 months
- +30 percentage points increase in perceived pace, involvement, and positivity of change
- ~50% improvement in overall employee engagement in less than 12 months
